Your photos are beautiful. Of course you are familiar with Louis Kahn’s architecture in India. He had a wonderful way of symplifying the complexity also. I hope you enjoy your time there. I know you will. xo
Thanks Karla. Yes I love Louis Kahn’s National Assembly Building in Dhaka, Bangladesh. He was working on it around the same time as Nasreen, in the 60’s, 70’s (a little earlier than Nasreen). The geometry is quite powerful, this is probably going to appear in my drawings… love, Sherry
